All through my high school years my best friend drove Caddies (except for a Harley), albeit rather old ones. My favorites were the 55 Limo, 56 Convertible Coupe deVille, and another Coupe deVille.
His father drove nothing but old caddies. Of course, this was back when gasoline was 27 cents a gallon (compared to $3.72 per gallon now) for premium.
